What

Social prescribers work with people to identify their non-medical needs and support them in accessing the right services. They listen to people to find out what's important to them, what changes they would like to make in their lives and help identify the best ways to achieve those. Examples include exercise, support groups, coffee mornings and financial and housing advice.
