Wellbeing service offering one to one support for West Northamptonshire residents aged 18 or over, including those living with long-term physical conditions. It offers up to twelve weeks' of support. The aim is to help you to move more and socialise, get advice and support on mental health, nutrition, and signposting to help with money/housing worries and more. See website for more information.
