York Safe Haven – out-of-hours mental health support

Charity offering out-of-hours mental health support to anyone aged 16 or over in York and Selby. It is a walk-in service with no need to be referred by a GP or Care Coordinator. There is a 24 hour support line for information and emotional support. Attend for an informal chat or one-to-one mental health sessions with trained professionals.
