What

Free service to help people quit smoking throughout Medway. It offers one-to-one specialist support with trained advisers, a free quit smoking app, specialist online support, and a text to quit messaging service. Face-to-face appointments are available in its three stop smoking centres sessions in Medway (Chatham, Gillingham and Strood). More information can be found on its website.
