Star Fit, Exercise classes

Free exercise class providing fitness for those who are supporting someone living with cancer. The class is instructor led and for all fitness levels. It's a chance to meet others with shared experiences whilst taking time out and focusing on your own well-being. Current class is held on Mondays, 9.30am to 10.30am.
