Signpost Stockport for Carers

What

Charity offering information and support to unpaid carers. It offers emotional support, help with carer assessments, benefits and financial advice, referrals to respite, information and signposting to other services. It also provides activity groups for young carers and counselling at a cost of £20 per session. Rooms at the Heatons Centre can also be hired for private events, with all proceeds going towards support the charity's work. For more information, see website.
