Rehabilitation and Restorative Classes – Portishead

What

Exercise based classes providing help to people living with long term conditions. Classes include cardiac rehab groups, aqua rehab for musculoskeletal issues, chair based exercises, together with restorative pilates and yoga. Other sessions run by external organisations include cancer and Parkinson's rehab classes. Contact centre for days, times, membership and prices either by phone or contact form.
