Redbridge Carers Support Service

What

Support service offering information, advice and support to unpaid carers. This service provides emotional support through counselling and coaching and can signpost and refer to practical support, such as benefits and respite. The Mental Health & Wellbeing Support Group meets on the second Tuesday of each month from 10am to 12pm. Contact or visit the website for more information.
