Prehab at Maggie’s Highlands

Prehab sessions for people living with cancer. Prehab aims to prepare you for cancer treatment, helping you cope better with the process through a combination of exercise, healthy eating advice and wellbeing support. Sessions are in person on Fridays at 1pm to 2pm. There is also the option to attend online via Zoom. Contact Maggie's for more information.
