PeerTalk Support Group – Preston

What

Peer support group for people aged 18 and over facing difficult times, depression and/or anxiety. Groups are free, facilitated by trained volunteers and open to anyone. No need to register in advance. The Preston group runs two meetings in person on Thursdays - one is 11am to 12.30pm, and another in a different location, 7.30pm to 9pm. Where

Preston, Lancashire - the Thursday morning meeting is held at The Intact Centre, and the Thursday evening meeting takes place at the Central Methodist Church

Anyone aged 18 and over facing difficult times, depression and/or anxiety
