Op FORTITUDE – housing support for veterans

What

Service for veterans at risk of or experiencing homelessness, especially those lacking a support network or struggling to engage with local services. Through an assessment of need, it matches veterans with appropriate supported housing or works to prevent homelessness through tenancy sustainment. This includes working with local authorities and referring to veteran and non-veteran charities for additional support. The service is available 24/7. See website for more information.
