NHS service providing specialist mental health and wellbeing care for UK Armed Forces veterans, service leavers, and reservists across the south west of England. It provides support to recognise and treat early mental health problems, more advanced mental health conditions, psychological trauma, substance misuse and addictions. It also signposts to other local NHS mental health services and liaises with charities for wider health and wellbeing support such as housing, relationships, finances and employment. UK Armed Forces veterans, service leavers, and reservists who are residents in England, have served for at least one full day and are registered with a GP surgery in England. Support is also available for family members. Referrals can be made directly by yourself, a family member, or a friend, or through a healthcare professional or charity
