Exercise referral scheme for people over 16 years of age who are not used to being regularly physically active and have a medical condition, including cancer. It offers gym, pool and class based activities. Get referred by your health professional to access. The initial phone consultation is free, and the twelve week programme can be offered at a discounted cost of £60. See website and/or contact for more information.
