Nottingham Cancer Prehab Service – for people preparing for certain surgeries/treatments

What

NHS service for people preparing for certain surgeries/treatments. Speak to your cancer nurse specialist or consultant to see if you are eligible for a referral. If eligible, you will be offered one to one support to prepare physically and mentally for surgery. This includes physical activity sessions, and support with healthy eating, stopping smoking, reducing alcohol intake and increasing your overall emotional wellbeing.
