NHS Talking Therapy service for people over the age of 16 years who are registered with a GP in Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale. It offers free talking therapies one to one, or in a group, to help with anxiety, depression and other mental health conditions. Support can be in person, by phone, via video call or online. It also offers an eight week course of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy for cancer for adults aged 18 and over, who live in the borough, and have completed intensive cancer treatment.
