MOVE as ONE – online support for young people

What

Charity offering emotional and practical support to young people (aged 13 to 30) living with cancer. Its private Facebook support group is a place to find friendship, advice, support and encouragement to move more. There is also a free 8-week online exercise programme which is supported by cancer rehab specialists. New referrals to the online programme are currently paused for 12 weeks as new staff are recruited and the referral process is revamped. Please see website or contact for more information.
