Weekly mindfulness sessions with guided exercises, including breathing techniques and meditation, to help individuals become more aware of the present moment and manage stress. The sessions aim to promote relaxation and emotional wellbeing by focusing on the here and now, rather than past worries or future anxieties. Usually held weekly, both in person and online.
