Service that offers free and confidential information and advice about benefits and welfare services available to people living with cancer and their carers. It can help with claims for benefits as well as applying for grants, Blue Badge applications and help with health costs such as travel to hospital. The service is available weekdays from 9am to 5pm over the phone and by email. Face to face advice sessions are also available in Watford and Lister Hospitals, Peace Hospice Care, Watford, Hospice of St Francis in Berkhamsted and the Lynda Jackson Centre at Mount Vernon Cancer Centre, Northwood.
