Home Care Service – South East of England

What

Free home care service for people who are back home after a stay in hospital. Run by British Red Cross charity, it offers short term support for up to 12 weeks. This can include help getting home from hospital, companionship, help with everyday tasks like shopping and the loan of equipment to stay independent at home and when out and about.
