Yoga class for people living with or beyond cancer and their loved ones and carers. Meeting in person on Tuesdays, 10.30am to 11.30am, and suitable for beginners. Call the Helen Rollason West Essex Support Centre to book. Consult your cancer team or GP before making any lifestyle changes. Some exercise programmes may not be suitable alongside certain cancer treatments.
