Children's hospice offering palliative and end of life care to babies, children and young people living with life-limiting conditions. Services include short-term respite stays at the hospice, symptom and pain management, end of life care and bereavement support. Care can be given at the hospice, in people's homes or in hospital and support is given to the whole family. See website for more information.
