Florrie’s Children’s Team

Children's service offering palliative and end of life care to babies, children and young people living with life-limiting conditions. Nursing care is given in the child's own home. Support can be given to loved ones including respite care and help to cope with bereavement. For more information, see website.

Who

Babies, children and young people up to the age of 18 living with life-limiting conditions, their carers and loved ones. Referrals are via a health or social care professional who knows the child/young person and has the parents’ permission
