Florence Nightingale Hospice

What

Hospice offering specialist palliative and end of life care for people living with life-limiting conditions. It supports people in their homes and at the hospice as an inpatient or at its day hospice. Services include pain/symptom management, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, complementary therapy, a lymphoedema clinic, spiritual care, counselling and bereavement support. Adults living with life-limiting conditions, including cancer, their carers and loved ones. Referral to the service is made by a health or social care professional
