Exercise Referral Scheme – Rochdale

Exercise referral scheme for people over 16 years of age who are not used to being regularly physically active and have a medical condition, including cancer. It offers gym, pool and class based activities. Get referred by your health professional to access. The twelve week programme is offered at a reduced cost and some activities are free.
