The Crossroads Coaching

What

One-to-one coaching for people who have finished cancer treatment to help with physical, emotional and mental wellbeing challenges. The initial programme is 12 weeks. Contact and/or see website for more information. The service has some fully funded places (via Sussex Cancer Fund) for people in Sussex who have finished active treatment. To nominate a patient for free coaching, contact Sussex Cancer Fund on 01273 664930 or email: uhsussex.scfadministrator@nhs.net with their details.
