Community centre for York and North Yorkshire residents. It offers paid counselling, coaching and free mental health and wellbeing services including support for depression, anxiety, stress, bereavement/loss and more. Counselling and coaching costs vary according to a client's income. There are also free face to face and online support groups and drop in sessions.
