Carers Emergency Card – Wiltshire

Carers Emergency card is free and available to all carers aged 18 or over including parent carers. Carers are able to outline the needs of the person they are caring for and identify alternative carers who could provide emergency care. In the event of an accident or sudden illness, anyone finding this card can contact the 24/7 call centre and inform the emergency response team that alternative care is required.
