Cancer Rehabilitation and Exercise (CARE) Programme – Nottingham

What

Group based exercise initiative for adults aged 18 and above living with or beyond cancer. It offers 12 free sessions of guided physical activity. On Mondays at The Portland Centre, Nottingham, 10.30am to 12pm (also Fridays 12.30pm to 2pm), on Wednesdays in Newark, 12.30pm to 1.45pm, and Thursdays at Mansfield, 1pm to 2.30pm.
