Cancer Rehabilitation – North Solihull Sport Centre

What

Physical activity group session for people aged 16 and over living with or beyond cancer. The class aims to lower stress and increase energy levels. Run in person on Wednesday, 2pm to 3pm and Friday, 12.30pm to 1.30pm. This is a chargeable scheme. Consult your cancer team or GP before making any lifestyle changes. Some therapies, changes in diet, and exercise programmes may not be suitable alongside certain cancer treatments. Contact the leisure centre directly for more information.
