Free 12 week tailored and supported exercise and physical activity programme for anyone living with and beyond cancer. It offers group classes such as gentle circuits and 1-1 support in the gym to help reduce impact of treatments and side effects, raise energy levels, wellbeing/mood, strength and mobility, and help with weight management.
