Support group for people with breast cancer and their loved ones, offering emotional and practical support, including financial help for travel, therapies, counseling, wigs, and mastectomy bras. Meets the third Saturday of the month, 11am to 1pm. See website for more information. Consult your cancer team or GP before making any lifestyle changes. Some therapies, changes in diet, and exercise programmes may not be suitable alongside certain cancer treatments.
