Bolton Community Leisure – Healthy Life Programme

What

A 24-week programme for inactive adults who would like to begin a regular exercise routine. The programme aims to support you to work towards long term activity/exercise and to better manage your long-term health condition. The scheme provides participants with the right exercise programme and activities to suit their individual needs. This is via a reduced priced membership for up to 6 months. Contact for more.

Where

Offered at five leisure centres run by Bolton Community Leisure Trust - Farnworth Leisure Centre, Westhoughton Leisure Centre, Horwich Leisure Centre, the Sir Jason Kenny Centre, and Leverhulme Park Community Leisure Centre

Who

People over 18 who are inactive or sedentary and managing a controlled medical condition or disability. The scheme is by referral only. Speak to your GP, or Health Professional, to see if you are eligible
