Armed Forces Outreach Service (AFOS)

What

Organisation providing support to the Armed Forces community, including serving personnel and veterans, their loved ones and carers. It assists with a range of issues, including housing, employment, financial advice, mental health and access to service charities. Staff are former members of the Armed Forces. County Durham, Gateshead and Newcastle - there is a point of contact within the different councils and housing providers
