Cancer buddy scheme offering support to people living with cancer. Support and companionship is provided at home, in the community and through Milton Keynes Hospital. It provides phone calls in between hospital visits, end of life support, and signposts to relevant services. It also offers an online support group for people living with cancer and their loved ones.
