Your Safe Haven Gillingham – Mental Health Support

Charity providing mental health support for adults aged 18 and over. It offers information and emotional support for people in crisis including one-to-one support from professionals and signposting to other services. It is available 6pm-11pm daily via face-to-face, phone, email or video consultation. See website for more information.
