Hospice for people living with life limiting conditions and their loved ones and carers. It offers palliative and end of life care including inpatient care, hospice at home and in the community service, counselling, bereavement care and complementary therapies. People over the age of 18 living with life limiting conditions including but not limited to cancer, respiratory conditions and neurological conditions. Hospice services require a referral from a healthcare professional most involved in your care either GP, district nurse, hospital consultant
