Tŷ Hafan Children’s Hospice

What

Children's hospice for babies, children and young people living with life limiting conditions. It offers palliative and end of life care including emotional, practical and family support, therapies and bereavement care. Services are given at the hospice in Sully, in people's homes and out in the community. See website for more information.
