Thrive Birmingham – therapeutic gardening programmes

What

Charity which uses gardening to support people of all ages living with disabilities and/or health conditions. It runs various groups including general sessions for disabled adults, carers groups, a group for women living with anxiety, depression and other mental health conditions. Its Life Changers group is a programme for people living with a life changing illness, injury or long-term health condition or who have experienced a life-changing event, such as cancer.
