The Sparkle Foundation UK – Men’s Mental Health Group

Free men's mental health peer support group, facilitated by mental health professionals. The group meets up every Wednesday at 4pm to 5.30pm, in Helston. The Sparkle Foundation also offers private counselling in person (and online for those not in the area) for a fee. See website for more.
