What

Charity offering information, advice, holistic support and end of life care to people living with life-changing or long-term conditions, their loved ones and carers. It provides counselling, complementary therapies, and a listening ear service. Working alongside the NHS and social services, it also provides extra equipment and 24-hour care for those in the last days of life, including emotional, physical and practical support.
