What

Health, leisure and wellbeing centre for people aged fifty and above, providing activity classes, an exercise studio, accessible gym, therapy room and a cafe. In future, they are likely to also offer a cancer rehabilitation class for people living with or beyond cancer. They do provide customised support and exercise services for people living beyond cancer, and those living with cancer can take part in their other classes, with clearance from a doctor or specialist in their care.
