Charity offering emotional, practical and social support to people living with cancer, multiple sclerosis and motor neuron disease. Volunteers can arrange to visit people at home, in a hospital, care home or hospice. They also run a number of support groups including bereavement support. For more information, see website.

People living with life-limiting conditions, their loved ones and carers. Self-referrals and referrals from health and social care professionals, families and friends are accepted. Referral form is on website or contact the service co-ordinator
