Swaffham and Litcham Home Hospice Support

What

Non-medical organisation giving free, practical and emotional support, including bereavement and counselling services, to people with cancer and other life-limiting conditions. Support is extended to loved ones and carers. Services include home visits, short respite sits, transport help, equipment loan, a befriending service, drop in afternoons where people can meet others with shared experiences, and complementary therapies.
