Wellbeing centre for people living with life-limiting conditions and their loved ones and carers. It offers activities and support so that people stay as independent as they wish, including exercise classes, social groups, group walks, and complementary and creative therapies. Some therapies, changes in diet, and exercise programmes may not be suitable alongside certain cancer treatments.
