Shalom House – Hospice

Hospice providing palliative and end of life care for people with life-limiting conditions. It offers an individual programme of care that is developed by registered by health care professionals. It also provides symptom management, complementary therapies, social activities, walking group, family support, respite care, bereavement counselling transport to the facility.
