Charity offering health and wellbeing activities for all age groups. It offers a range of social activities, including health and nature walks, gardening, table tennis, a book club and cycling. The centre has a gym and runs low-impact exercise classes with seated options suitable for people with reduced mobility. It also hosts NHS outpatient services, including physiotherapy and podiatry, and provides volunteer-led transport to medical appointments. Some services are free and others have a cost.
