What

Support service offering information, advice and support to unpaid carers. It provides emotional support through counselling and coaching and can signpost and refer to practical support, such as benefits and respite. Its Mental Health & Wellbeing Support Group meets on the second Tuesday of each month,10am to 12pm. Contact or see website for more information.
