What

Hospice for people living with life-limiting conditions. It offers specialist palliative care including an inpatient unit, home care, complementary therapies. It also offers bereavement support, anxiety/fatigue management, psychological support and loved one/carer support. It also offers a Meals on Wheels service. See website for more information.
