PeerTalk Support Group – Whitley Bay, North Tyneside

Peer support group for people aged 18 and over facing difficult times, depression and/or anxiety. Groups are free, facilitated by trained volunteers and open to anyone with no need to register in advance. The Whitley Bay group meets in person on Wednesdays, 7pm to 8.30pm.
