Patient Transport

What

Transport service getting people living with a medical condition to and from the hospital. It works in partnership with the NHS in Kent and Medway. To start using the service, you need to call to register. Patients receiving radiotherapy or chemotherapy two or more times a week will be eligible. See website for more information.
